The staff at Berkshire have been very compassionate towards my loved one. Their PT & OT staff have been exceptional in assisting her regain her strength.

Loni and her staff are amazing. We (Salem Health and Rehab) and Berkshires recently went on a bowling outing. The residents and staff had a wonderful time out together, getting to make new friends and plan future outings together. We thank you all for the amazing time we all had and look forward to seeing you all again!!!

As usual, everything was spotless and my mother in law was very well. Her nurse, Janessa is very attentive to her needs. She gave Marilyn a bath this morning. She said that Janessa gave her the best bath she had ever had - was very gentle but very thorough with her. She made sure that Marilyn's buttons were undone and that her glasses were off before she took her shirt off of her. The others don't do that so it's rough on her to be undressed like that. Janessa is so cheerful, knows me by name and is always good about making sure that Marilyn has what she needs.

I recommend this place. I have heard nothing but great stories and have only had good experiences in the past. They really care and work for what they believe and they take really good care of the patients that come through. They live and care for others and make sure everyone there is safe. Please look into this place if you are interested!!

My family member was there for a fractured hip. All of the staff took great care of her. I am so happy and pleased with the experience and how well she was taken care of.

I had the pleasure of meeting Loni, at one of our regional leads meetings, she was a pure inspiration had wonderful ideas. I enjoyed, looking at all of her posts on FB of all the activities and involvement she has with all her residents and staff at Berkshire. Keep up the amazing work.

My husband and myself were in a bad car wreck and after the initial hospital stay we took him to springtree and they were not up to our standards. Berkshire was in our list for him to go to but springtree replied first. I called Berkshire and within a matter of hours they accepted my husband and arranged for him to come over. This place is the place to bring your loved one for therapy and rehabilitation. The staff are caring and the administrative team really care about getting you to them for help. Love love love this place I would recommend to anyone

in late Jan 21 from being in hosp with bad covid i was sent there. the nurses and aides were nonCAREING,AND³ ,rough. I was left to have to weAR a diaper for 12 hrs and ther times I couldn't hold it n wet self. my self as I had held bladder 12 hrs. I'd tell them I need help or change n they'd have excuse. my bottom became raw and to this day no matter what I do it hasn't healed. I can't walk. they told patients on a Sunday they had no food. I got a bowl of peas and banana. I left before my 30 days. I was starving and lost 20 lbs. nurse that had just getting covid could hardly stand had work. she left n I never saw her again. it was very horrid place. I should of sued. don't take love ones there unless you have proof they changed. and I'll never believe they will. vinton Berkshire.bloraina lee ..
